Armitage Auctions SPECIAL LIQUOR PERMIT NUMBER : 93271
Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is an offence:
For liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.

If you would like any further information re lots please contact us for additional photos, measurements, condition reports etc. We can now also have viewing (usually 4-5 days before the closing date) in our rooms if you wish to inspect in person (adhering to social distancing).

We would strongly advise people if they are concerned with the speed of the device they are using and strength of their internet to leave bids before the closing time for the lot(s) that they are interested in rather than risk missing out.
Also if you are only interested in certain lots click on "watch" on these lots and select "show watch list" rather than "show all" for quicker download time.

We have now added a time extension feature that is implemented in the last 30 seconds of a lot’s time. We believe this is a closer reflection to our live auction procedure in that if someone puts up their hand to bid at the last second, the auctioneer will continue the bidding and allow others to bid again.

  • If a bid is made within the last 45 seconds of a lot’s countdown, the time of closing on that lot (and only that lot) will be extended for 45 seconds.
  • If another bid comes in within the last 45 seconds of the extended time, the same process will occur.
